Important notice
These documents explain Haily’s standard position. An order form, data processing agreement, or negotiated agreement may add to or override them where it says so.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar browser storage remember information on a device. Some are necessary for security, preferences, or a service explicitly requested by the visitor. Others require consent before they can be stored or accessed.
2. Necessary technology
- haily_cookie_consent_v1: first-party preference cookie recording the consent version and whether optional external services were allowed. Maximum duration: 6 months.
- WordPress administration cookies: used only when an authorized administrator logs in; duration depends on the login/session choice and WordPress security settings.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise: loaded on the trial registration form to verify a human request and prevent abuse. Google may set or read security-related identifiers when that form is used.
3. Optional external services
Google Calendar scheduling is optional. Its website script is not loaded until “External services” is allowed. When loaded, Google may receive IP address, browser/device information, referrer, interaction data, and identifiers under Google’s own privacy terms.
A direct “Open in Google Calendar” link remains available without loading Google code on haily.eu. Following that link takes the visitor to Google, where Google’s own choices and policies apply.
4. What this website does not currently use
The Haily commercial website does not currently use advertising cookies, social-media pixels, cross-site profiling, or optional analytics cookies. If that changes, this Policy and the consent choices will be updated before those technologies are activated.
5. Your choices
On the first visit, “Reject optional” and “Accept optional” are offered at the same level. “Customize” gives a category choice. Refusing optional services does not prevent access to the site, registration, pricing, or the direct booking link.
You can reopen Cookie settings from every page footer. A new choice replaces the previous one. Haily asks again after the preference expires or when a materially new purpose is introduced.
6. Browser controls and contact
Browsers can show, block, or delete cookies. Deleting the Haily preference cookie makes the banner appear again. Blocking all cookies can affect requested security or administrative functions.
