Cookie Policy — updated 1 October 2026

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers cookies and similar storage on the Haily commercial website. Hooly BV is the controller; contact Kristof Beenders at haily@hooly.be. Account and document processing in the Haily application is also described in the Privacy Policy. OpenAI API document processing is not a browser cookie.

2. Your choices

The Clide banner offers Cancel, Partial and All (translated where supported). Cancel rejects optional Clide tracking. Partial permits page-activity and heatmap measurements on configured pages without the persistent visitor identifier or full visitor journey. All permits full Clide visitor statistics and configured optional tags. No Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel tags were configured in the inspected Clide settings on 1 October 2026. New services require updated information and the required consent before activation.

3. Browser storage

clide_consent_<site-id>: remembers your choice and consent revision for 180 days from your selection. This preference is needed to respect your choice. clide_scope_probe_<random>: a technical cookie-domain probe, removed immediately; its fallback lifetime is 10 seconds.

With All: clide_visitor_<site-key-suffix> contains a random visitor identifier and is set for 180 days when created or refreshed on a subsequent eligible visit. clide_session_<site-key-suffix> is sessionStorage containing a session identifier and activity timestamp; a stored session is reused if less than 30 minutes old. Session storage normally ends with the tab/session. Cookie scope can include haily.eu subdomains.

The old haily_cookie_consent_v1 and haily_analytics_session_v1 identifiers are retired and removed by the current theme. WordPress administration cookies apply when an authorized administrator signs in; their duration depends on the session and login settings.

4. What optional measurement sends

Clide full measurement sends page paths, visit/activity events, visitor/session identifiers, campaign parameters and referrer origin to int.goclide.com. On configured pages, activity measurements can include visible time, scroll depth, page dimensions, click coordinates and, if enabled, sampled pointer positions. Partial uses page-level activity measurements without full visitor/session identifiers. The inspected activity script does not capture typed form content or a recording of the page DOM.

Loading the consent scripts and configuration also makes network requests to Clide before an optional choice; the receiving service necessarily receives connection information such as IP address. A claim that no network data leaves the browser before consent would therefore be inaccurate. Browser identifier expiry does not establish deletion of server-side events or logs. The former 90/180-day analytics-database claims are not retained as verified commitments; requests about server retention, safeguards and deletion should be directed to haily@hooly.be.

5. Google services and external links

Trial registration uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise for abuse prevention. When that form loads or is used, Google may receive connection/device information and set or read security identifiers. This service is separate from optional Clide analytics. Following an external booking or other provider link takes you to that provider, whose privacy and cookie rules apply. This policy does not claim that the Clide banner controls scripts installed outside Clide.

6. Change or withdraw your choice

Reopen Cookie settings from the footer or the cookie-settings button. Choose Cancel to withdraw optional tracking. Clide stops its tracking and removes its visitor/session identifiers; reducing a full choice can reload the page to stop previously loaded optional tags. Withdrawal does not retrospectively erase events already received by a server. A new consent revision or expiry prompts a new choice. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies; blocking necessary storage can affect requested functions.
